Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with our products simply return the unused portion within 30 days from the sale date for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable and are to be paid by the customer.

To Return a product, call our custmer service number at (760) 320-3122 or email us at SeaChi@SeaChi.com to request a RMA number. All returns must be clearly marked with the the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Your information will not be sold or provided to third party companies, except to the appropriate financial institutions in the processing of your order. Personally identifiable consumer information is shared with third parties (such as banks and credit card processors) to the extent necessary for Sea Chi Organics to deliver payment processing services.

Occasionally if an item is on back order, or out of stock, the customer will be notified and may choose either to wait, order another item or receive a full refund.
